CARAMEL FLOUR
Flour made from our Caramel Malts, obtained through the caramelization of sugars and the development of unique flavors and aromas.
Used to provide color in dough in replacement of artificial colors, for exampleon English bread, highfiber bread and cookies.
TOASTED FLOURS
MALT FLOUR AND TOASTED BARLEY
Both to asted barley and toasted malt give brown color swithred tones, similar to chocolate. Their difference lies on the taste contribution. Our roasters are custom designed and engineered to roast malt as well as barley.
Commonly used for providing dark brown color to German Rye bread.
